Tips to prevent denture damage

Sometimes wear and tear can take its toll and this may lead to denture replacement. In other cases, dentures can be damage as a result of accidents. When you take your denture out, always place it somewhere safe. If you’re cleaning it over a hard surface, such as a sink, place a towel underneath so that it can soften the blow if the denture does fall. Never clean your dentures using boiling water, as this can damage the material and cause the denture to become misshapen.
